Staff need training on handling payment issues better!!! The spa treatment was poorly organized and ineffective. I left feeling underwhelmed. the location was inconvenient for walking, always relying on taxis!!! the internet situation is frustrating!!!

Waking up to a gorgeous pool and beach view was a highlight. The water slides kept our kids thrilled, and the dining options at specialty restaurants were delightful.

The food quality was inconsistent, with limited variety at times. The shower had low pressure, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable wash.

The food was okay but really needs an upgrade, and the room furnishings were ancient. Chur, the staff were amazing though!

i had a wonderful stay at sunny days! the sea and beach were fantastic, and the hotel design was lovely. my room had a large balcony and offered tea and coffee facilities. the afternoon ice cream and coffee service was a delightful touch too! close to the city center and the private beach, perfect for family fun.

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from the Hurghada Marina, where I enjoyed lovely waterfront views and plenty of dining options. I appreciated how close I was to El-Dahar Square, perfect for exploring local culture and shops.

the wifi connection was weak in the room. but the beach had stunning sunsets. and there was always entertainment at the pool. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.

Nice sea view from the Premium Sea View Soft All-inclusive Egyptians & Residents Only room. The food lacked variety, and the dining experience wasn't great. Entertainment staff provided fun activities like karaoke and beach games. Clean pools and access to water sports were enjoyable. decent stay but improvements needed in dining options.

the pools at sunny days were clean and enjoyable for my kids. the beach was also very nice and well maintained. we had a lot of fun at the aqua park, which kept everyone entertained. the friendly staff, especially mr mohamed, made a positive impact on our stay.

It was just a suitable option for a brief weekend stay in Hurghada with good price-quality ratio. The staff was quite friendly and quickly resolved a mix-up I had with my room key. Try to check if your room is ready before arrival to avoid waiting around.
